FlexCademy is developed in Switzerland by Alpine Ledger GmbH with input from leading Swiss tennis academies. It exists because running an academy should not mean rebuilding spreadsheets, chasing payments, and relaying every schedule change by hand.
Every season, academy owners rebuild the same machine: forms, spreadsheets, payment links, chat groups, and reminder emails. We watched owners spend their evenings being the integration layer between tools that never talked to each other — and built the connected command center they were improvising by hand.
FlexCademy is developed close to its academies. Features come from real operating problems — Jugend+Sport records, Swiss QR bills, Bexio accounting, camp waitlists, trainer replacements — not from a feature-comparison checklist. Demos are personal, honest, and built around your actual season.
The goal is simple: every Swiss tennis academy should be able to run enrollment, group formation, scheduling, billing, and communication from one system — in the academy's own language, on the academy's own domain, with every role seeing exactly what it needs.
